2 Year Warranty, Returns and Refund Policy

2 year Warranty

  1. Each watch comes with a limited mechanical warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects WHICH HAS RESULTED IN A MECHANICAL NON FUNCTIONING OF THE WATCH, for a period of two years.
  2. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT OF MECHANICAL NON FUNCTIONING OF THE WATCH. 
  3. If the mechanical non functioning of the watch is due to use and wear - it is not covered under this limited warranty.
  4. This warranty is not applicable for any cosmetic or other matters on EXTERNAL WATCH COMPONENTS, which could be caused due to use and wear.
  5. Mechanical watches are mechanical instruments. Excessive shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong electromagnets and similar activities can cause damage to or affect their functionality. The limited mechanical functioning warranty does not cover such issues due to use and wear. 
  6. If the watch case has been opened or serviced by the customer or any third party, such acts will void the limited mechanical functioning warranty.
  7. Wear and tear (e.g. water damage, scuff marks to the case and its components) is not covered by the limited mechanical functioning warranty. This extends to any external coatings or treatments to the watch case, crown, pushers, lugs and sapphire crystal.
  8. Should the owner request a watch service or repairs, outside the period of limited mechanical warranty coverage, such work will be charged depending on scope. We will furnish a cost estimate for the repair after the watch has been sent in for inspection.

Returns

  1. We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your watch package to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a replacement, watches may be returned in unused and unworn condition, sealed, with the all original accompanying packaging and accessories within two (2) weeks of receipt of the original shipment, for a replacement of another new watch, similar to the one returned.  
  3. After the two weeks period, all sales are final.
  4. You need to take a video/photo of the unopened original packaging that is sealed by our shipping department and by DHL and send it to hello@nallaneram.com immediately on the day of receipt of the package or within 3 days.  
  5. Accessories (such as straps, bracelets etc.) are considered consumables and are not eligible for returns. All accessory sales are final once the original watch is shipped.

Process for Returns

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nallaneram.com. You will receive further details for a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will arrange for DHL to pick up and deliver without any cost applicable to you.
  3. Watches sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

Refunds

    Refunds are not available. 

    Only a new watch is available, if a return is accepted by Nalla Neram.
