返金ポリシー

 

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your watch package to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging - both the exterior carton packaging and the watch packaging without it having been opened.

If the original packaging has been opened, it is not possible for us to accept a return.  You will also need to send proof of purchase. 

You need to take a video/photo of the unopened original packaging that is sealed by our shipping department and by DHL and send it to hello@nallaneram.com immediately on the day of receipt of the package or within 3 days.  

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nallaneram.com. You will receive further details for a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

Refunds
Refunds are not available.  Only a new watch is available, if a return is accepted by Nalla Neram.
