5-Year Warranty

Every Nalla Neram timepiece is covered by our warranty for five years from the date it is delivered to you, and is serviced in Switzerland.

What is covered

Any defect in the movement or in manufacturing that stops the watch from working as it should. We will repair it, or replace it if a repair is not possible, at no cost to you. We pay the shipping both ways.

What is not covered

• Normal wear from use, such as scratches and scuffs on the case, crown, pushers, lugs, sapphire crystal or any coating.
• Damage caused by strong shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong magnets, or water entering the watch.
• A watch that has been opened, repaired or serviced by anyone other than Nalla Neram. This ends the warranty.

How to make a claim

Write to us through our contact form or at hello@nallaneram.com, describing the problem and giving your order number. We reply within 24 hours and will arrange collection of your watch. Please do not send a watch without contacting us first.

After five years

We are glad to service your watch at any time. After inspecting it, we will send you a quote before any work begins.

This warranty is given in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which it does not limit. For returns, please see our Returns Policy.
