Swiss-made. Built with precision. Guided by Indian philosophy.
The Nalla Neram Kaalam Minutes Timer is designed to live with you, everyday.
Crafted in Switzerland with discipline and restraint, it reflects a perspective that sees time not as something to control, but as something to live within — through work, movement, reflection, and moments that matter.
Its design balances clarity and character, combining thoughtful proportions with distinctive details such as square pushers, a chakra-inspired crown, wrist-hugging lugs, and dual concentric outer rings with dial numerals.
At 9 o'clock, a continuously rotating chakra offers a quiet visual reminder that time is always in motion.
Powered by a Swiss-made self-winding movement, chosen for its reliability, accuracy, and longevity, the watch is built for everyday wear and long-term use.

Crafted Details
We have been awarded a design patent from Switzerland and the European Union for the case, square pushers, crown, short lugs and dial numerals, recognizing the watch as a new and novel design.
Square Pushers
No other watch wears these. The square pushers are an original design. Hand-polished to a mirror finish, their architectural geometry is both deeply tactile and visually arresting. They exist because we refused to settle for what already existed.
Crown — Chakra Engraved
The crown of the Kaalam is Multi-faceted and hand-polished, it carries a laser-engraved chakra — India's oldest symbol of cyclical, perpetual motion. Every time you wind or set this watch, you touch it. That contact is intentional.
Short Lugs — Wrist Hugging
The Kaalam wraps around the wrist. Deliberately short and curved, the lugs are engineered to follow the natural contour of the wrist — comfortable across all wrist sizes, and forgotten soon after being worn.
Two Outer Rings — Minutes Timer
The dual concentric rings encircling the dial are the heart of the Minutes Timer. Numerals 1 through 60 run in alternating sequence on each outer ring. It is both a functional instrument and a meditation on the passage of time.
Spinning Chakra — 9 O'Clock
At 9 o'clock, a miniature chakra turns — one complete revolution every sixty seconds. It never stops. Drawn from the very old Indian Philosophy the Chakra is a quiet, constant reminder that time is always in motion and cannot be seen.
Orange Numerals — Every Third Minute
In India, orange colour is sacred. The colour of saffron robes, temple flags, flames of Diwali lamps and the rising sun — it is the colour of auspiciousness, of courage, and of fire that purifies. Every third numeral on the Kaalam dial is marked in orange, carrying this weight deliberately. It also honours a quieter memory — olden day's India's trunk calls, billed in three-minute blocks. Three minutes to say everything that mattered — love, news, reassurance — to family and relatives far away. The orange marks hold both meanings at once: the sacred and the human. Time, lived beautifully. We could do a lot in 3 minutes.
Movement — The Heart Within
Lift the watch and turn it over. The sapphire crystal caseback reveals a Swiss-made automatic movement in full motion — a column wheel chronograph chosen for its reliability, accuracy, and longevity. At its centre, a black tungsten rotor engraved with the Nalla Neram name and chakra. Even the engine carries the identity. This is not a watch that hides what it is.
